A UK operator who arrived with real technical skill and no positioning. He chose home-services franchises, built an AI agent that answers, qualifies and books inbound leads, and structured his first deal as a partnership instead of a flat fee: $43K plus 10% of revenue, closed in his first week working with me. The same client later took a $19.1K upsell with a 4% revenue share attached. What it taught: the deal structure is the product.

What happened when they ran it.
Operators and professionals who came through AI Venture Launch, in their own numbers.
Built an intake and quoting system for a traffic-ticket law practice in New York. It handles dozens of quotes a day and roughly doubled the practice's capacity. The client came back for an $18K upsell, and the build became the case study he now opens with when he talks to other lawyers. What it taught: one deep build in one niche is worth more than ten shallow ones.
A LinkedIn playbook written for lawyers took off, which put him in rooms with law firms. He ran discovery in person, quantified what the firm was losing, presented a report that tied the pain to revenue, and built a working proof of concept himself before asking for the money. Result: a $27K case-management platform. What it taught: paid discovery and a working proof of concept beat a pitch deck.
Started from zero while still at his day job. First a $6K build for a real estate business, then a $12.5K healthcare voice agent. $18.5K in six weeks. What it taught: clarity about who you serve turns theory into revenue faster than any tool does.
Grew his company to $1.1M in annual recurring revenue, with a $95K month along the way, after repositioning the offer around outcomes and pricing to match. What it taught: the mechanism is not the outcome. Buyers pay for what changes for them.
Picked one unglamorous niche, funeral homes, and took the advice on positioning and pricing. Two deals in, he was at $20K in monthly recurring revenue with a $30K follow-on in the pipeline, wondering out loud whether he would have to quit his job sooner than planned. What it taught: boring verticals pay.
One hospital client, one custom build, then a software layer on top that the hospital pays for every month. Fifty thousand dollars a month from a single relationship. What it taught: enterprise pays for infrastructure, and the software layer compounds.
A construction worker with no engineering background. He built SkinScanner.ai in a day on Lovable, positioned it for med spas, and had 2,000 people on a waitlist three days later. What it taught: speed and positioning beat credentials.
More, in brief
- Tim and William Mucha, financial services: a $12.5K voice agent plus 7% revenue share. Voice AI is one of the strongest niches in the model.
- Will, Australia: a seven-figure Government of Australia contract. Government-scale partnerships fit inside the same model.
- Ramzi Dalloul, real estate: a $17.3K three-month consulting engagement with a private-equity-backed developer.
- JT Collura, education: a first deal at $5.5K plus $500 a month for a beauty school CRM, kept deliberately simple because the leadership team was drowning in a complicated one.
- Nico: a $12.5K deal in his first week.

NextCallAgent builds for mid-market companies in healthcare, financial services, insurance, home services and hospitality. By our own count, the systems we run produced $9.6M in client revenue over the last year.
The deal that changed how I work. Instead of charging a flat fee I partnered with the client, and it taught me three things. Partnering beats billing. The client's network is the real asset, because one relationship in a vertical opens dozens of similar businesses. And the first custom build becomes a product the rest of the industry can license. NextCallAgent is those three lessons turned into a company.
A network that sells qualified patient leads to home-care agencies. We rebuilt the intake: paid search, an AI voice agent that qualifies every caller, live transfer to the partner agency, and a portal where agencies see, dispute and pay for each lead. Pricing moved to pay-per-qualified-lead, set against what a patient is worth to an agency over years rather than what a click costs. The whole stack moved off an all-in-one CRM onto software we control.
